- Abstract
The main purpose of writing this article is to explain the importance of implementing career planning, assessment and career reward systems in tertiary institutions. This research uses observation technique. Observation techniques used ranging from interviews, problem analysis and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there is a system of planning, evaluating and rewarding employee performance by organizations or institutions both in supporting employee career development. It is said that the existence of a planning, assessment and reward system can optimally enhance employee career development.
