Abstract

The integration of industry and education is an important way to improve the quality of talent cultivation in application-oriented universities. Based on the dislocation analysis of the talents cultivation in university and the talent demand of enterprise, this paper puts forward the "1 plus 2 plus 1" order training reform mode in application-oriented universities, and expounds its training process and content.
