The 2nd Yogyakarta International Conference on Educational Management/Administration and Pedagogy (YICEMAP) is hosted by the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta on the 19th of October, 2019. The theme of the conference is "Changing lives and understanding the new world through education”. It invites speakers from Indonesia and abroad: Prof. Dr. Slamet, PH, MA., M.Ed., MLHR., Dr. Mahaliza Mansor, Prof. Mei-Ying Chen, and Assoc. Prof. Amy Hamilton.

The conference covers a wide range of topics related to Educational Management, Administration, Leadership, and Policy; Educational Foundations; Curriculum Development, Educational Technology, and Teaching and Learning; Subject-Specific Pedagogy (Language and Arts Education, Mathematics and Science Education, Social Studies Education, Sports, and Physical Education, etc.); K-12 Education (Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education); Higher Education; Islamic Education; Teacher Education; Special Education; Vocational and Technology Education; Non-formal Education and Lifelong Learning; and Character Education. It offers a forum for scholars, policymakers, and practitioners in education field around the world to engage in insightful dialogue and to share experiences and expertise.
