- ABSTRACT
Culinary is a field of science that provides basic knowledge and skills as a provision for entrepreneurship. The purposeof this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurship motivation on the interest inentrepreneurship of students of the Culinary Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa). This descriptive study uses a quantitative approach. Collecting data on 119 respondents using a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurship learning and motivation partially or simultaneously affect the interest in entrepreneurship of students of the Culinary Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa).
