The International Conference Trends of Technologies and Innovations in Economic and Social Studies was held on 28-30th of June 2017. The conference, held in Tomsk, Russia, was organized by Tomsk Polytechnic University. This conference was devoted to the exchange of experience in the field of economics, management and social wellbeing and could be of use for both young scientists and experts. In the course of the discussion, the participants took into consideration both new achievements and the possibilities of their practical application.

Full papers submitted to the conference were peer reviewed by at least two reviewers per manuscript. There were 239 manuscripts submitted to the conference; 122 of them were selected for publication in this proceeding.

We would like to express our deep appreciation and gratitude to all the members of the TTIESS 2017 Conference Technical Program Committee for their strenuous efforts.
