Abstract

The given paper presents the new method to assess the effectiveness of low-rise housing projects based on the public-private partnership principles. The basic indicators of low-rise housing project effectiveness were defined. The possible options for the mentioned projects implementation were considered. The algorithm was suggested to assess the effectiveness of low-rise housing project based on the public-private partnership principles
