Abstract

The article is devoted to various aspects of examination, as an integral part of customs control, aimed at ensuring the protection of intellectual property items in international economic activity, as well as assessing the economic damage caused to the right holder by violating trademark rights. Particular attention is paid to the study of examination of the "Angry Birds" trademark in conducting foreign trade transactions.
