Abstract

Hydropower cost management is an extremely important link in the logistics management of colleges and universities. Improving the efficiency of hydropower management is the key point to optimize the logistics management of colleges and universities. Based on the current problems of hydropower management in the logistics departments of colleges and universities, this paper proposes a solution based on internal control perspective to provide reference for universities to strengthen hydropower management.
