Abstract

With the rapid development of the logistics industry, the lack of high-quality and complex logistics personnel has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the healthy development of the logistics industry. Local undergraduate colleges focusing on cultivating application-oriented logistics professionals should actively explore the cooperative mode of production, study and research, vigorously promote the deep integration of “production, study and research”, integrate multiple resources, and jointly cultivate high-quality logistics personnel.
