Abstract

Along with the growth of the age,children and parents communicate less and less,The physiological function of the elderly decreased in different degress,In order to slow down the descent rate,To improve their quality of life,we must actively and scientifically exercise.This paper expounds the influence of different types of aerobic exercise on the physical health of the elderly. Through many aspects of scientific participation in aerobic exercise,the elderly to avoid sports hypoxia damage,prevent disease,Delaying senility and providing theoretical basis for health.
