First of all, this paper introduces the development of retail industry at home and abroad and related theories. And then, we study the environment of BBG by PEST analysis in detail in order to find out the positioning of BBG and examine the correctness of the strategy. After that, we make use of SWOT analysis to know the industry environment, competition, business resources and other aspects of BBG to find out its advantages and disadvangtages.
