- Abstract
Based on the theory of social exchange, this paper explores the effect of corporate social responsibility on organizational citizenship behavior from the perspective of employee perception and studies the impact mechanism, that is, the intermediary role of organizational trust. The statistical analysis of the survey data of 230 employees shows that the internal and external corporate social responsibility perceived by employees positively affect the organizational citizenship behavior of employees. Also, the organizational trust completely mediates the impact of internal social responsibility perception on organizational citizenship behavior and partially mediates the impact of external responsibility perception on organizational citizenship behavior.
