Abstract

This paper mainly discusses and studies the innovation of urban community and its democratic autonomy system in China. The system of innovative community and democratic autonomy can be realized by the following ways: firstly, the setting up of a new type self-governing community organization; secondly, the innovation of autonomous system of democratic community on grass-roots level; thirdly, the improvement of relevant institutional policy, law and regulation system; fourthly, the creation of a financial support mechanism for self-governing community organization.
