- Abstract
Higher professional education has been proposed for new requirements in the context of making 2025 in China. Education is an important part of education in China. The talents of education training in higher vocational colleges are the first line of talents that the talents are adapted to production, construction, management and service. Higher vocational teaching aims to reflect professionalism, which mainly involves the formation of professional skills, professional knowledge and professional quality. In this paper, the teaching objective of education is introduced. The cultivation of vocational skills is discussed; Education of professional knowledge is analyzed; The cultivation of professional quality is explained. Finally, it is pointed out that education of higher vocational colleges should be trained in compound talents, and the composite talents must have the ability of innovation, green and application transformation. The compound talented person has the solid professional knowledge and the ability base, and the compound type talented person needs a special ability. The training of compound talents can be carried out in many aspects, such as innovation and entrepreneurship education, green curriculum development and university-industry cooperation.
