- Abstract
This qualitative case study aims to examine the public relations activities of Tangerang City Government to realize the city brand through Tangerang “LIVE” program. The research data were obtained through open interviews, non-participant observations, and internal documentation of Tangerang City Government. Data analysis used a coding concept consisting of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The results indicate that Tangerang City Government realized its city brand through such public relation activities as publications, events, news, community involvement, media identity, lobbying and negotiation, social responsibility. This is also as a public relations strategy by the Tangerang City Government in realizing the Tangerang City Brand.
