We are pleased to present you the materials of the III Annual International Conference "Spatial Development of Territories" (SDT 2020).

SDT 2020 contributed to the creation of an expert platform for scientific discussion and exchange of the results of fundamental and applied research of domestic and foreign scientists and specialists in the field of current trends, new forms and modern problems of spatial development of territories and identification of promising scenarios for their solution.

The conference was attended by more than 300 participants from around the world (Bulgaria, Italy, Germany, London, Ecuador, Angola, Portugal, Sweden, Vietnam), including from various post-Soviet countries (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia).

The Organizing Committee received 120 articles. However, only 64 papers successfully went through the peer-review and, in most cases after some revision, were accepted by the committee.

We thank all the speakers and participants of SDT 2020 and express our gratitude to the co-organizers and partners who contributed to the successful holding of the conference.
