Professor Holger Math- ias BRIEL from Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University Zhuhai, China, discussed the love and haunting memories in recent Chinese films and TV series; Associate Professor Sabariah Mohamed Salleh from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia, talked about media literacy, a pillar for social empowerment and development; Associate Professor Joanna Rak from Adam Mickiewicz University, Poland, conducted an in-depth exploration of the challenges faced by Polish women’s activism in response to increasingly restrictive abortion laws.
