- Abstract
This essay aims to explore intersectionality, an indispensable lens for societal analysis, in five contemporary films: "Interstellar," "Ex Machina," "Mad Max: Fury Road," "Ready Player One," and "Inception." These films offer diverse narratives that delve into the intricate interplay between technological advancements, societal structures, and human emotions. They challenge conventional perceptions about dimensions beyond time and space, artificial intelligence and human rights, gender power dynamics, and the profound influence of technology on social interactions, personal identity, and the perception of self-worth.
