Website: https://scbtii.telkomuniversity.ac.id/ “Preserving the sustainability of business in accelerated digital transformation and transition collide.” The COVID-19 pandemic had dealt a devastating blow to the SDGs, which were already off track before the pandemic forced the closure of schools, government services, and workplaces worldwide. The pandemic erased more than four years of progress in eradicating poverty and pushing millions into extreme poverty. On the other hand, digital transformation rapidly creates a world of ever-faster technological developments. In response, every business must think of itself as a tech business. Companies must redesign their processes and ensure their people have the skills required for a world where we increasingly collaborate and work alongside capable and intelligent machines. Unfortunately, the current situation has accelerated the schism and confrontation between the major global powers, and this year will be more significant. But the world business before us is not divided into two concrete blocks. Instead, a full-scale reconfiguration of alliances is underway, which forces all other actors to reposition themselves about the new strategic competition dynamics and to seek out their own spaces in a global transformation. In addition, the green and the digital transitions, which worked hand in hand toward building a more sustainable world, have also collided. SCBTII serves as a pivotal platform to address these challenges head-on. The SCBTII 2023 has presented 122 papers and represented academia from seven countries: Indonesia, South Africa, Tanzania, Ghana, Germany, Japan, Malaysia, and Turkiye. Contributions from 12 local and eight international universities signify our collective dedication to driving change and fostering sustainable business practices. After going through the first review processes, 34 articles were received with the “second revision required” status. However, only 21 articles were successfully revised and submitted for publication in these proceedings. This process involved 22 reviewers who reviewed all articles using the blind reviewmethod without exception. This conference exemplifies the power of collaboration and knowledge exchange in shaping a better future. The international conference was conducted smoothly and successfully. Therefore, we would also like to extend my gratitude to the esteemed speakers: Prof. Dr. Hasan Dincer from Istanbul Medipol University (Turkiye), Prof. Dr. Rossazana Bt AB Rahim from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (Malaysia), Prof. Dr. Najla Shafighi from BBW University of Applied Sciences (Germany), Dr.MBudi Djatmiko, Chair of Indonesia Private University Association (Indonesia), Dr. Michael Apiah Karikari from the University of Environment and Sustainable Development (Ghana), and Dr. Palti Marulitua Sitorus from Telkom University (Indonesia).
