- Abstract
This study analyzes the influence of transformational leadership and human resource management practices on organizational culture with knowledge management as a mediation at Bank BRI Bagindo Aziz Chan Padang. The population in this study was 126 permanent employees. The sample method used is proportional cluster random sampling with a sample of 95 permanent employees. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on knowledge management, human resource management practices had a positive and significant effect on knowledge management, knowledge management had a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, human resource management practices had a positive and significant effect to organizational culture, knowledge management positively and significantly mediates the relationship between transformational leadership to organizational culture, knowledge management positively and significantly mediates the relationship between human resource management practices to organizational culture based on the results of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) testing using Smart PLS software.
