Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of locus of control, need for achievement and campus environment on students’ entrepreneurship interest of Universitas Negeri Padang. The type of this research is Associative Descriptive with research population are students of Universitas Negeri Padang in Academic Year 2016 with a number of 6479 students. Research sample was choosen by using random sampling technique in which the results are 377 students were selected as sample. The analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis, by using SPSS 16.0 software for windows. The results of data analysis can be concluded that: (1) Locus of control had significantly influenced the entrepreneurship interest. (2) Need for achievement had significantly influenced the entrepreneurshipl interest. (3) The campus environment had significantly influenced the entrepreneurship interest.
