- Abstract
The integration of HR analytics into organizational practices has garnered significant attention in recent years, with proponents highlighting its potential to enhance various facets of human resource management. However, the intricate relationship between HR analytics adoption and its impact on organizational creativity remains underexplored, particularly from a multi-level and longitudinal perspective. This study aims to address this gap by leveraging secondary data sources and employing advanced quantitative analysis techniques to uncover hidden patterns and trends in the evolving dynamics of HR analytics and organizational creativity. By examining large-scale datasets spanning multiple years and encompassing both individual and organizational levels of analysis, we seek to shed light on the complex interplay between these factors. The findings of this research will contribute to a deeper understanding of how HR analytics adoption unfolds over time and its implications for fostering a creative organizational environment.
