- Abstract
The purpose of this research in general is to describe the learning of speaking skills of students of the Indonesian Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Bengkulu. The specific purpose of this research is to become the basis for policy making on the use of applications in blended learning for students of the Indonesian and Literature Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training & Education, University of Bengkulu. This goal achieved through research methods. The method used in this research was a qualitative research method. The results of data analysis at the time of learning speaking skills using folklore have obtained data as many as 40 students with scores above 70 and learning completeness 88.93%. Students strongly agree with the implementation of blended learning because it really supports learning during the pandemic which must be online learning.
