The name and conference concept are not chosen by chance. The New Silk Road serves as an important mechanism for the introduction of separate regions and cities into large-scale international economic processes.

Tendencies of development of the New Silk Road and successful experience of interactions between regions makes it possible to consider building international relations according to the priorities of the efficient integration in the scientific and educational context between the New Silk Road participants.

The conference took place on 7 - 8 November 2019 in St. Petersburg and Prague and both venues were interconnected through a teleconference. We hope that the participants received a lot of positive emotions, and participation in the conference was useful for them.
