- Abstract
In light of the national strategy for innovation-driven development and the coordinated growth of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, the cultivation of high-level talent in the electronic information industry is crucial for regional economic development. Ultimately, a multi-dimensional talent cultivation model is established, encompassing four key dimensions: “talent cultivation + innovative enterprises,” “talent cultivation + new research and development institutions,” “talent cultivation + peer institutions,” and “talent cultivation + entrepreneurship competitions.”
