Abstract

In this paper, a digitally controlled full-bridge LLC resonant converter based on DSP is designed. The frequency conversion control method is adopted to keep the output voltage constant and achieve the soft-switching of the switches. In this paper, the modes of operation of the full-bridge LLC resonant converter is introduced. The gain characteristics and impedance characteristics of the full-bridge LLC resonant converter are analyzed in detail, and the circuit parameters are designed. Finally, a digitally controlled full-bridge LLC resonant converter prototype with input of DC 400V and output of DC48V/600W is fabricated. The correctness of the design is verified by experiments.
