Abstract

With the rise of a new generation of information technology represented by cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence, the competition in global information technology field has become increasingly keen. In this new wave of technology, we have the opportunity to catch up from behind. The publishment of the “Internet plus” artificial intelligence three-year action implementation has established a strategic position for the development of artificial intelligence technology. This article aims at the development status of artificial intelligence technology and comprehensively analyzes the development background, technical system and development strategy for discussion.
