- Abstract
On the basis of general theoretical data, the concept of “artificial intelligence” is developed in the science of constitutional law. The main attention is paid to constitutional and legal norms governing the use of artificial intelligence in Russia, and ensuring fundamental human rights and freedoms. The analysis of international legal documents, the Constitution of the Russian Federation, state program and strategic documents of the Russian Federation related to the development of the digital economy and artificial intelligence, showed a gap in the legal regulation of public relations in the field under study. A comprehensive study of theoretical issues and constitutional legal norms led to the conclusion that it is possible to consider artificial intelligence in constitutional law as an object of social relations.
