- Abstract
Inclusive education is a promising form for persons with special needs. It is important to update the capacity of information technologies, including remote-sensing ones, and digital educational resources. Modern teachers are not ready to provide effective training for persons with disabilities because they do not have special knowledge about the psychological characteristics, information and communication competence for effective teaching organization. The set of comparative, cluster and participatory approaches can become a methodological regulatory when examining the process of teacher preparation for designing inclusive informational and educational environment.
