- Abstract
With the development of globalization, intercultural communication has become more and more. For modern people, intercultural communicative competence has become an essential quality. Many colleges and universities take the cultivation of students' intercultural communicative competence as one of the teaching goals, and innovation in the theory and practice of intercultural communication competence. Penetration type cross cultural communicative competence consists of four parts, attitude, knowledge, ability and quality, attitude includes personal attitudes and social attitude; knowledge including professional knowledge, cultural knowledge, language knowledge and social knowledge, ability is social ability, learning ability, professional ability and communication skills; emphasize literacy is the importance of learning ability. Infiltrating intercultural communicative competence has a holistic and comprehensive. In the process of cultivating the ability, should give full play to students' subjective initiative, step by step, and finally realize the sustainable development of cross cultural communicative competence.
