Abstract

This paper gives the definition of emergence of knowledge, and explains its connotation and characteristics. On this basis, this article identifies the state of knowledge emergence, classification and characteristics of intelligence resource system, and then it gives the management strategy of knowledge emergence in intelligence resource system. The conclusion has an important significance to the study of knowledge creation and swarm intelligence in the future.
