Abstract

The energy market is becoming increasingly competitive; new technologies, new businesses, new models have a great impact on traditional businesses; meanwhile customer needs are becoming more diverse. Acting as the front-end business organization unit of energy enterprise, the territorial company combines internal and external development requirements, and actively explore in the aspects of customer service, resource management, technical innovation, foreign cooperation, which forms specialization optimization strategies and provides references for transformation development and management innovation of energy enterprises.
