- Abstract
Nowadays, China’s military still faces some problems in its talent cultivation work such as the need to improve the pattern and ideas, unclear training needs, extensive organizational management, and the urgent need to improve policies and systems. This article proposes to improve the quality and efficiency of training military talents based on social resources from four aspects: educational philosophy, organizational system, training path, and policy system.
