In order to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation in the fields of mental health, education and human development, the 2024 5th International Conference on Mental Health, Education and Human Development (MHEHD 2024) was held in Kaifeng, China, from May 17 to 19, 2024, via hybrid form. As an international event in the fields of mental health, education and human develop- ment, MHEHD 2024 attracted experts, scholars, researchers and student representatives from all over the world to have in-depth discussions and exchanges on the academic dynamics, development trends and hot issues about mental health, education and human development and related research fields. This conference not only summarized and pre- sented the academic achievements on mental health, education and human development accumulated during the past year but also looked forward to and discussed the future development trend of the technology. The conference program was compact and full, including the opening ceremony, keynote speeches, invited speeches, oral presentations, poster presentations, free discus- sion, academic investigation, closing ceremony, etc. A large number of IEEE members, national talents and well-known scholars at home and abroad were invited to give keynote speeches and special invited reports, including Assoc. Prof. Fonny Dameaty Hutagalung from University of Malaya, Malaysia, Assoc. Prof. Dana Rad from Aurel Vlaicu Uni- versity of Arad, Romania, etc. The participation of these guests not only enhanced the academic level and international influence of the conference but also provided partici- pants with the opportunity to have in-depth exchanges with industry elites. During the conference, the attendees took advantage of the free discussion time to have in-depth exchanges with experts and scholars from all over the world to discuss academic issues and establish cooperative relationships. The proceedings of this conference contains many high-quality academic papers submitted from home and abroad, covering a wide range of fields such as health affairs and services, emergency psychology, innovative education, curriculum and teaching, public relations, sociology, etc. Each paper has gone through a rigorous review process to ensure high standards and strict requirements for academic quality. These researches can not only help promote the rapid development of mental health, education and human development but also provide broader space and possibilities for applications related fields and industries.
