- Abstract
The enrichment of environmental elements by Saccharomyces cerevisiae was used to obtain Fe-Zn-rich yeast, and the effects of pH, inoculation amount and culture time on Fe-Zn-Zn yeast were studied. The results showed that the influence of different factors on iron - zinc yeast culture was: culture time> pH> inoculation amount.
