Welcome to the Proceedings of the 2nd Lawang Sewu International Symposium on Health Sciences: Nutrition (LSISHSN 2023). LEWIS: Nutrition 2023 brought together the expertise from academia, nutritionist, dietitian, under- and postgraduate students to present and discuss the most recent developments in the nutritional support in metabolic diseases and nutritional implications of dietary interventions. We hoped the symposium became a useful platform for researchers and health professionals to gain more insight and widen their perspective upon the latest developments in metabolic diseases and related dietary interventions.
