Abstract

This paper discusses the composition of risks, methods for risk assessment and risk management for scientific research projects. Aiming at four type of research field: product development, software development, fundamental research and natural science research, elaborates on the main elements of technical risk and conditional risk, presents three methods of the risk assessment, one is veto method, the second is factor method, and the third is item method. Through three method, give the qualitative risk degree under the result for each method. In the end, provides three suggestions for coping with the risks.
