Abstract

Independent college is a special product of the higher education development in China. Due to its own characteristics of independent college, there are many differences in cooperation with companies from the ordinary universities. In this paper, analyze the conditions of the college-enterprise cooperation, net income of two participants and other issues by using game theory. The research results show that the independent college and the enterprise can realize fully cooperation under certain conditions, obtain the "win-win" state. The strength of independent colleges is the key factor in deciding the different forms of cooperation with enterprises.
