Abstract

From the new industrialization base around Bohai Sea to Caofeidian Petrochemical Industry Base, Caofeidian is the key area for Tangshan City to implement the national strategic policy. However because Caofeidian District is in the new growth stage, it has not yet been able to achieve the strategic key role it should play. This paper introduces the development significance of Caofeidian, describes its current development status, points out the key problems encountered in the current development of Caofeidian through field investigation and analysis, and finally puts forward applicable solutions from macro and micro levels.
