Abstract

The idea of targeted poverty alleviation fully shows the theoretical innovation and practical innovation of road for poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics. It meets the needs of dynamic development of socialistic poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics in the new era, indicates the direction of poverty governance by the party and the government, and has significant actual sense, practical value and role of guiding thinking.
