Abstract

Ecological civilization is human society and the natural environment of equality, common, sustainable development for the purpose of civilization development. Energy is the material basis of the premise of the economic and social development, there is no human civilization and social progress without energy. The party's 18 report made it clear that the construction of ecological civilization into the overall layout of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. But energy security is increasingly becoming the biggest obstacle to the realization of ecological civilization. To guarantee energy security, which is the key to sustainable energy development.
