This proceeding is the regular edition of the conference proceedings of the 6th International Seminar on Science Education (6th ISSE 2020) (held by the Graduate School of Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Science Education Yogyakarta State University, Indonesia on November 28th - 29th 2020. The conference was conducted by online (virtual conference). The scope of our seminar that was discussed is topic areas within Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Natural Science education.
