It is a great pleasure on behalf of the ISLAGE committee to welcome you all to the 3rd International Symposium on Religious Literature and Heritage jointly held by three parties: the Center for Research and Development on Religious Literature and Heritage, Agency for Research, Development, and Training Ministry of Religious Affairs, Post Graduate Program of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, and IRCICA (International Research Center for Islamic History, Art and Culture) based in Turkey. This year, we are holding this international symposium under the theme ‘Religious Cultural Heritage and Literature in Facing Global Challenges’ in the city of Malang, the second biggest regency in East Java.
