It also found environment uncertainty has diversified moderating effects on the relationship between cognitive adaptability and decision-making quality. As one of the first attempts at introducing the person-environment fit theory into entrepreneurial cognition researches, the paper gives insight into the relationship between cognitive adaptability and decision-making quality under dynamic environmental context.
