Website: http://www.isemss.org Supported by University Malaysia Sabah, Malaysia, the 2023 7th International Seminar on Education, Management and Social Sciences (ISEMSS 2023)was held from July 14th to 16th, 2023 in Kunming, China, via hybrid form. With ISEMSS 2023, The Conference series International Seminar on Education, Management and Social Sciences (ISEMSS) completed its seventh edition. The general topics of ISEMSS 2023 fall into mainly three categories: 1) education; 2) management; 3) social sciences. Apart from the general topics, ISEMSS 2023 attracted a number of papers related to education and social science. Topics at the Conference included but were not limited to: Teaching Practice Management Practices, Interactions between Enterprise and Education, Management of Technology for the Knowledge Economy, Social Development, Multidisciplinary Studies, etc. All papers collected in this volume were exhaustively reviewed by program committee members and peer-reviewers, who took into account the breadth and depth of the research topics that fall under the scope of ISEMSS. The most promising and ISEMSS mainstream-relevant contributions were selected for presentation and inclusion in this volume, which presents innovative original ideas or results of general significance supported by clear and rigorous reasoning and compelling new evidence, as well as methods. The conference included three days of technical parts consisting of keynote speeches, oral presentations, poster presentations, and academic investigation. We were delighted and honored to invite Prof. Chunhong Qi (Yunnan Normal University, China), Prof. Bisheng Zhang (Guizhou Normal University, China), Assoc. Prof. Junjun Chen (The Education University of Hong Kong, China) and Assoc. Prof. Amirrudin Bin Kam- sin (Universiti Malaya, Malaysia) to share their insightful ideas and mind-blowing researches as keynote speakers. Prof. Chunhong Qi talked on The Establishment of a Harmonious Relationship between Graduate Students and Supervisors—A Qualitative Study based on Grounded Theory. Her research was based on real cases and focused on conflicts and contradictions in the guidance process. Using the analysis path of grounded Theory for reference, this study analyzed the factors that affect the harmonious development of learning guidance relationship and pointed out that the main factors that affect the harmonious development of learning guidance relationship are: thinking and cognitive differences between supervisors and graduate students, individual factors and the influence of behavior style, improper and ineffective communication, single angle cognition and judgment, negative emotional interference, and early accumulation effect. We would like to thank all the keynote and invited speakers, authors, program committee members and anonymous reviewers for their efforts in making ISEMSS 2023 a Conference of the highest standard.
