- Abstract
This study examines the optimization of operations in supply chain management and highlights the challenges imposed by the drastic changes in the current global market. The global tariff imposition between countries has facilitated research and consideration into the operational management and assessment of its effectiveness. The paper underlines it’s the challenges faced and attempts to provide possible methods to optimize operations in the management of the supply chain.
