- Abstract
Formulating regulations on the development and utilization of public data is a necessary activity to unify local legislation in China, overcome the current difficulties in public data development and utilization, and achieve reasonable development and utilization of public data. This article explores the development process of public data development and utilization in developed countries, and further explores the legislative status and shortcomings of public data openness in China.
