Abstract

Strengthening the performance evaluation of secondary colleges can fully mobilize the secondary colleges as running subjects, promote the level of personnel training, scientific research and management, so as to enhance the overall strength of universities. Currently, quite a few problems have been exposed during the process of performance evaluation of secondary colleges in universities and should be solved from such aspects as evaluation index, evaluation subject, evaluation method, evaluation cycle and application of results.
