Abstract

As an important form of human resources service industry, recruitment meeting play an important role in promoting employment and entrepreneurship, optimizing the allocation of human resources and developing high-quality services. This study deeply analyzes the important practical significance of improving the service standards of recruitment meeting. Through research, it analyzes the status and problems of the recruitment meeting services of human resource service agencies in Chongqing. The recruitment meeting service standardizes Chongqing local standards, give full play to the functions of industry associations, establish supervision and reward and punishment mechanisms and other countermeasures and suggestions.
