- Abstract
With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, there is an urgent need for a large number of high-level professionals with innovative, entrepreneurial and practical abilities. According to the cooperative education of production, study and research of Harbin Institute of Technology, the advantages and disadvantages were introduced and analyzed, and suggestions for improvement were put forward. Based on the implementation of the “two-stage” training mode and the “two mentors” guidance system, it is necessary to establish and improve the efficient training system and improve the sense of responsibility and participation of enterprises, so as to make the cooperative education of production, study and research more mature and perfect, and improve the professional level of graduate students and enhance the competitiveness of employment.
